Requirements & Proposal
We draft a clear scope document: what gets built, what stays out, estimated hours, deliverables, timeline, and fixed or T&M pricing. You review, we refine, nothing starts until you are comfortable with every line.
Contract & Sign-Off
A DocuSign goes out with the MSA and SOW. Once signed, we schedule the kickoff. No work begins before the contract is executed and the sandbox is provisioned.
Build in Sandbox
All development happens in your NetSuite sandbox first. Scripts, integrations, workflows, and custom records are built, tested, and documented before anything touches production. You get progress updates on your cadence.
UAT & Client Sign-Off
User acceptance testing with your team using real scenarios. We walk through every flow, document results, fix what needs fixing, and get your written sign-off before we move forward.
Production Go-Live
Deployment to production on a schedule you choose. We handle the migration, run verification checks, and stay on standby during the go-live window. Every deliverable ships with a runbook and a handoff doc.
Post-Launch Support
One month of included post-go-live maintenance and administration. We monitor for issues, handle bug fixes, answer questions from your team, and make sure everything runs clean before handing off fully.
